  • What maintenance is required to prolong the life of a parking lot?

  • What is the difference between sealcoating and resurfacing?

    Sealcoating is a preventative surface and resurfacing corrects damage. Sealcoating is a protective layer that is added to your existing surface that lasts for about two years.   • Can paving be done in all weather conditions?

    No. Surfaces need to be dry and thawed out prior to being paved. The idea temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit, although, Gaard LLC can pave most of the year if the weather permits. To choose a time that will work best for you, call Gaard LLC today.

  • Do I have to sealcoat my driveway every year?

    We recommend sealcoating your driveway every two years, though it depends on the weather and frequency of use. Make sure you’re sealcoating your driveway often enough by contacting Gaard LLC today. One of our driveway specialists will assess your driveway and determine a time for your next sealcoat.

  • How long does it take asphalt and concrete to cure?

    Typically, it can take up to 7 days for concrete to be ready for use. It can take up to 28 days to fully settle. Asphalt can be used 1-3 days after being poured but can take up to a year to fully cure.   • My asphalt has some potholes. Should I repair these or wait to redo the entire driveway?
